ABOUT US
Johor Skills Development Centre (JSDC) was established in 1993 by Johor Corporation (JCORP) with objective to produce Skilled & Semi-Skilled workforce by providing Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) and skills upgrading to the future workers.
JSDC is one of the established TVET centre in the state of Johor, which offer continuous training in various technical and technological based programmes to the industrial workforce, school leavers and unemployed graduates to build and upgrade their skills.
JSDC is an approved training provider listed as "Pusat Pembangunan Kemahiran Negeri" or PPKN which is certified by "Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran" or JPK (Department of Skills Development) of the Ministry of Human Resources.

JSDC run its various TVET programs through funding from "Perbadanan Tabung Pembangunan Kemahiran" or PTPK (Skills Development Fund Corporation) and Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) besides other development grant or special funding allocated from time to time by other government agency.

Programs offered by JSDC are recognized by the industries with certification issued out by JPK, SIRIM, SST, National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH), Energy Commission (ST), The Welding Institue of UK (TWI), BGAS-Certification Scheme for personnel (BGAS-CSWIP) and Mobius Institute of Vibration.
